Resolve check-ins conflicts with the Vue 3 composition API migration: - Keep CheckInStatusContainer as script setup only; drop stray Options API block. - Reintegrate breaking teams filter (Breaking toggle, prelims gating, payload flags) alongside develop real-name / team_code_name fields. - Merge CheckInPeopleStatusView context: breaking_team_ids, prelims_completed, include_real_name_field, and adjudicator breaking flags. - Pass teamSize and prelimsCompleted from checkin_status.html; remove PeopleStatusMixin (deleted on develop, logic inlined in the container).
